More About Me

About Brandon

As a fourth-generation Sonoma County native, I have deep roots in the community, growing up in scenic Bennett Valley and graduating from Montgomery High School. My journey in the field of construction and real estate began with a BS in Construction Management from San Diego State University, followed by a credential in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment from MIT's School of Architecture and Planning.

My professional career took off in construction management as an Owner's representative. I then spent a significant part of my career in construction Project Management for a renowned firm in San Jose, specializing in manufacturing, R&D, clean room, hospital, and high-tech facility construction. During this time, I had the privilege of working with industry giants such as Apple, Google, and Meta, among others.

In the past four years, I have transitioned to consultancy, focusing on Critical Path Method scheduling and Dispute Resolution within the construction management field. My hands-on experience and expertise have allowed me to provide valuable insights and solutions to complex project challenges.

Living in Sebastopol with my wife, Elissanne, an alum of Analy High School, and our two beloved dogs, Sophie and Seamus, I cherish the vibrant lifestyle that Sonoma County offers. In my leisure time, you can find me golfing, hiking along the stunning coastline, wine tasting, riding my bikes, or exploring the latest restaurant hotspots with family and friends.

My lifelong passion for architecture and construction naturally evolved into a deep affinity for real estate, driven by my extensive industry involvement and my love for the community I proudly call home.
